This is The Jazz Ark, a floating jazz station from the 60’s/70’s in Cincinnati. AM740 WNOP. They gutted three oil tanks and built a studio inside of it, broadcasting from on the Ohio River. They put gyroscopes under the turntables so that they could still properly spin the jazz records on the water. So cool, unfortunately it is no longer around.
